City poet performs very first campus poem
Student Ellen van der Kolk is not only a student Food Technology, but since June of this year also city poet of Wageningen. She wrote a poem about studying in Wageningen for the Wageningen Experience Day. Watch and listen!

Under the floor of my head is yet another layer of questions. No idea at which level in my brain I am thinking right now but this is where I belong.
Nobody is folded up in these tilted buildings. We are pushing at the gates of understanding and compassion since we know very well that later won’t wait.
Mountain shoes, white nosed ones, green feet join their head like running staff.
And the heads in turn, toil, ...seek, find each other. Start a deeper level. We are far from done.
